When it arrived, I opened it and found no adapter. I checked the item online and saw it was entirely my fault. I contacted the online support agent and asked about an exchange for one of the same brand that came with the adapter for the same price, admitting both that it was my fault and that I had opened the product. Amazingly, the agent wanted to make it "as effortless as possible", and offered, as an exception, to let me keep the item AND give me a store credit that I could then apply to the new purchase. I never expected that! The item is just below $10, so it is not a budget-breaker for either me or Newegg, but the principle so very impressive. I don't know any other online merchant that would be so considerate. I've shopped Newegg, and Egghead, for decades. My customer loyalty is rewarded again and again, plus their deals are great and shipping is excellent!!	Overall Rating

Their shipping is so fast that I've had products arrive on my doorstep before the tracking number was sent to my e-mail inbox - less than 24 hours between order placement and shipment delivery! I've never had any kind of a problem with Newegg. Products have always arrived in perfect working order - and even if they don't, Newegg's stellar reputation for customer service means I can shop securely knowing that any problems will be quickly resolved. Newegg is a business that prioritizes the happiness and satisfaction of its customers - something that many companies don't do in today's short-sighted profit-motivated corporate environment. On top of that, Newegg's fast shipping, good prices and wide selection mean they're hard to beat.
